SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All apparel items are made to order. Allow 7 days for product to ship. USPS standard shipping will arrive 3-10 days later (US). International orders can take anywhere from 3-21 days depending on method and may experience delays due to customs processing, and import duties/taxes may apply depending on your country.
TRACKING
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Make sure to check spam folder if you don’t see a tracking email.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on customer location, product type and shipping method. We use USPS rate structures.
Production and shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Holidays and high-volume seasons may affect timelines.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
All products are custom-made specifically for your order; therefore we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size (buyer’s error), or change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as ordered (size, wrong design or color), we will replace at no cost.
To request a replacement please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product and include: order number, clear photos of the defect or issue and a brief description of the problem.
We cannot replace or refund orders lost due to an incorrect address entered at the time of purchase.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Production and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Orders with multiple items may ship separately, depending on production. During peak seasons, slight delays may occur in production or shipping.
